About the role

What you’ll do
Translate business requirements into user-centered designs
Uphold brand and design standards across digital experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams in research, prototyping, development hand-off, and continuous improvement
Advocate for customer needs and lead design from empathy to iteration
Review others' designs for brand and design-standard compliance
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of relevant work experience in user-centered digital design
Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, reusable components, and developer hand-off
Understanding of UX principles, personas, journey mapping, usability, and accessibility standards
Experience with usability testing, A/B or multivariate testing, and Agile/Scrum process
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap
