10+ years building and operating production software systems
Several years owning systems at staff level or equivalent
Hands-on experience with payments, banking, or financial systems
Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
Strong distributed systems design: data consistency, idempotency, concurrency
Experience owning high-volume data retrieval and storage services with strict latency SLAs
