Intuit seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery of AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows that accelerate product development, partnering cross-functionally to improve discovery, research, design, validation, and delivery.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy and delivery of AI-native tools and agent-driven workflows
Partner cross-functionally to improve discovery, research, design, validation, and delivery
Assess prospective experiences, capabilities, and products for desirability, feasibility, and viability
Influence strategic decision making across senior cross-functional partners
Motivate and guide team members beyond direct reporting structure
Execute well-developed plans in shifting environments
What you’ll need
6+ years PM experience including 0-to-1 and AI-enabled products
Deep knowledge of Claude, Cursor, and AI-native tools
Experimental mindset with qualitative and quantitative validation
Strong communication and ability to influence senior partners
Team-building skills across engineering, design, and research
Undergraduate degree in technical or business field
