About the role
Inovalon is looking for a Senior Director to act as a strategic and operational partner to business unit leaders, leading planning, governance, performance management, and cross-functional execution. The fully remote role focuses on enterprise performance management, financial planning, executive communication, and driving consistent business management practices.
What you’ll do
Serve as strategic and operational partner to business unit leaders
Lead planning, governance, performance management, and cross-functional execution
Advance consistent business management practices across the organization
Support business unit operating plan, headcount model, and investment prioritization
Create board-quality materials and present data-driven recommendations
Lead complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives
What you’ll need
10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or management consulting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience operating at or supporting SVP, EVP, or C-suite leaders
Deep knowledge of OKR design, KPI architecture, balanced scorecard frameworks, and operating cadence
Strong financial acumen including operating plans, headcount models, and investment prioritization
Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
