Advanced Python and hands-on expertise with distributed ML/deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
Proven production experience deploying LLM-powered applications, multi-agent orchestrations, or autonomous systems
Master's or PhD in CS, AI, ML, or a related quantitative field
3+ years of technical leadership experience in complex, matrixed, regulated organizations
