About the role

What you’ll do
Design scalable enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
Define end-to-end architectures for agents, MCP integrations, reusable capabilities, and managed agents
Promote secure, responsible, observable, and high-quality AI delivery
Own individual stages of the AI development lifecycle
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment
What you’ll need
Strong architecture and engineering knowledge
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, AI agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration, MCP, and RAG
Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and LangChain
Experience with Azure AI Services and OpenAI
Master's degree in computer science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience fine-tuning open-source AI models and using Azure cloud platforms
