Citi seeks a Finance OM&AI Governance & Oversight Lead to establish portfolio governance for digital, automation, and AI initiatives, including PoC approvals, investment decisions, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. What you’ll do
Establish and maintain portfolio governance for Finance digital, automation, and AI initiatives
Oversee Proof of Concept (PoC) approvals and stage-gate processes
Manage investment governance and quantitative business case evaluations
Track milestones and portfolio data in enterprise PPM tools
Produce executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and advanced reporting
Drive change management and risk/control compliance
What you’ll need
7–10 years of relevant experience in portfolio governance, project management, PMO, or business management in financial services
Hands-on experience with enterprise Program Management or PPM platforms
Proven experience with PoC stage-gate processes, investment request workflows, and quantitative business case evaluations
Strong expertise in executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and advanced reporting for senior leadership
Solid knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and enterprise governance lifecycles
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau)
