About the role
Seaglass Technology Partners seeks a Senior Product Manager to build and enhance web-based financial services and Consumer-Directed Healthcare platforms from discovery through launch. The role partners closely with engineering teams and requires strong CDH domain expertise, Agile/SDLC experience, and technical knowledge of integrations and financial data security.

Lead large, complex product initiatives
Use AI tools to improve productivity and product delivery
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on Product Management experience with web-based portals and complex product initiatives from discovery through launch
Full SDLC and Agile Product Management lifecycle experience
Strong Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) experience including HSA, FSA, HRA, and benefits administration
Technical understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, databases, financial data security, and AI tools
Experience in payment processing, financial institutions, fintech, card issuance, payment networks, and PCI compliance
