What you’ll need
10+ years in a Production leadership role
Proven track record scaling products from prototype to full-rate production at volumes of 1000s
Experience owning a new product ramp through full-rate production
Experience managing production P&L and 100+ employees across quality, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering
Strong cross-functional, analytical, and problem-solving skills in unstructured environments
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
