About the role
RiVi Consulting Group is seeking a Product Owner to lead delivery of auto-dialer and outbound campaign management capabilities. What you’ll need
Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role in an Agile environment
Experience with auto-dialer, outbound calling, contact center, or campaign management solutions
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology including backlog management and user story development
Experience coordinating QA testing and business UAT
Experience with Acqueon dialer platform, Twilio, or related communications platforms
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills
