What you’ll need
3+ years' experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or comparable CRM platforms
Working knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, dashboards, basic reporting, Microsoft 365 integration, and user security concepts
Ability to produce clear documentation, manage assigned work, communicate status, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, test management, training, and change/adoption fundamentals
PL-200, MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications
