CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to lead Technology Risk Advisory engagements within its Risk and Compliance practice, managing teams and client relationships while supporting business development and responsible AI-enabled solutions.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
9+ years of external consulting or corporate experience performing and managing IT audits, information security assessments, or IT advisory/consulting projects
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CIA, or demonstrable progress toward certification
Expertise in risks and internal controls, including IT audit, IT compliance, and IT consulting
Technical knowledge of IT systems, including servers, databases, applications, and networks
Leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and excellence
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
