About the role
TriNet seeks a Lead Product Operations Analyst to shape and scale its product operating model. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Design to improve product lifecycle operations, implement frameworks, and support data-driven delivery.
What you’ll do
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to improve operations across the product lifecycle
Implement and measure product operations frameworks
Support data-driven decisions and delivery
Drive adoption of processes and operating practices
Manage priorities, dependencies, and milestones with clear visibility
Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes and resolve issues proactively
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, System Engineering, or related field
Typically 8+ years in Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, or an operational role working closely with product and engineering teams
Ownership and accountability with measurable product and business impact
Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
Ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
Strong project management and Scrum/Agile knowledge
