About the role
Coinbase seeks a Staff-level Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of payment experiences bridging traditional commerce and Web3, including the roadmap for payment acceptance, funding, and checkout. Drive cross-functional roadmaps with engineering, business development, compliance, and enterprise partners
What you’ll need
6+ years of technical product management experience
Deep understanding of payment service providers, acquiring, authorization/settlement mechanics, and merchant acquiring ecosystems
Familiarity with cross-border payment regulations, fintech compliance, and international licensing frameworks across US, EU, and LatAm
Demonstrated success designing, launching, and scaling developer-facing products, headless APIs, SDKs, and deep-link/OAuth integration frameworks
Working understanding of crypto transactions, stablecoins, self-custodial wallets, and cross-chain bridge/liquidity protocols
Track record operating at an IC5 / Staff PM level, independently driving cross-functional roadmaps
