What you’ll do

Proactively monitor accounts to identify retention risks
Collaborate with internal teams to protect revenue
Use CRM tools to manage call activity and track outcomes
Use AI tools to enhance call effectiveness and retention performance
What you’ll need
2+ years in customer retention, collections, or call center environments with save/retention calls
Proven success retaining customers, reducing churn, or meeting/exceeding save rate targets
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
Excellent phone presence, call control, and de-escalation techniques
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce or Salesloft
Openness to using AI tools to improve retention and revenue-saving performance
