About the role
Ideaon seeks a technical product/program leader to own enterprise knowledge and AI initiatives end-to-end, from validating and refining the AI roadmap to scaling production AI products. The role combines deep AI/GenAI expertise with knowledge management and Azure experience to lead cross-functional transformation.
What you’ll do
Guide enterprise knowledge and AI initiatives from strategy/roadmap through execution, production, and scaling
Validate and potentially revise the existing AI roadmap
Lead cross-functional transformation programs
Scale in-flight AI products and knowledge capabilities
Work effectively with developers and architects
Drive complex transformation programs with measurable outcomes
What you’ll need
Led technical teams that delivered AI solutions
Strong AI/GenAI background with LLM, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise/semantic search experience
Strong technical program delivery experience with measurable outcomes
Ability to lead initiatives from strategy/roadmap through execution, production, and scaling
Ability to review and challenge an existing AI roadmap and recommend changes
Knowledge Management exposure and Azure experience
