What you’ll do
Lead planning, execution, and analysis of verification and validation for autonomous ground support equipment

Develop and execute structured test processes such as V-model and HIL/SIL testing
Work with cross-disciplinary teams to debug and resolve technical issues
Communicate technical issues and solutions across all levels of the organization
What you’ll need
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle testing, embedded systems, and/or robotics
Familiarity with automotive/AV test procedures, including real-world and simulation
Familiarity with structured test processes (e.g., V-model, HIL/SIL testing), test automation, and data analysis tools
Strong debugging skills, cross-disciplinary teamwork, and communication across all levels
Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities
