What you’ll do
Modernize collaboration technology through AI and automation
Improve business processes and deliver system projects and enhancements
Bridge technical engineering teams and business stakeholders
Drive solution design, intake management, and system delivery
Support multiple integrated systems in an enterprise environment
Use data and analytics to generate insights and recommend priorities
What you’ll need
8+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years bridging technical engineering teams and business stakeholders
Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven automation tools, chatbots, or AI copilots
AI domain fluency including capabilities, limitations, governance, and responsible enterprise application
Experience evaluating vendor or SaaS platforms against business, technical, security, privacy, compliance, and ROI criteria
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
