About the role

The role partners with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to track corrective actions and ensure regulatory readiness across clinic and corporate operations.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, Accounting, Legal Studies, Public Health, or related field
3+ years in healthcare compliance, audit, risk management, legal operations, regulatory reporting, or analytics
Working knowledge of Seven Elements, CMS regulations, AKS, Stark Law, HIPAA, and FWA
Experience supporting audits, compliance testing, monitoring, or issue management
Advanced Microsoft Excel and executive-level reporting/dashboards
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
