About the role
Mirantis is hiring a senior Engagement Manager to lead client-facing delivery of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI engagements from pre-sales through acceptance, while coordinating multi-party teams and owning commercial outcomes.
What you’ll do
Own client outcomes from pre-sales scoping through delivery and acceptance
Lead customized cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and AI engagements
Coordinate teams, schedules, risks, and commercial performance
Maintain client confidence throughout engagements
Scope and estimate custom work and author delivery sections of statements of work
Manage scope control, change orders, and financial engagement performance
What you’ll need
10+ years in project or program management leading complex, client-facing implementations
Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure or cloud platform implementations
Experience running multi-party delivery across client teams, vendors, and distributed internal teams
Pre-sales experience scoping, estimating, and authoring delivery sections of statements of work
Commercial ownership of engagements including scope control, change orders, and financial accountability
Technical fluency in Kubernetes, OpenStack, hybrid cloud, and AI concepts; PMP certification or similar
