About the role
Galls seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and operate secure generative AI solutions alongside business teams and an external AI contractor, while also training employees on safe and effective AI tool use. What you’ll do
Design, build, and operate secure generative AI solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and a third-party AI contractor
Train and enable employees to use approved AI tools safely and effectively
Support adoption and responsible use of AI across the company
Deliver presentations and demonstrations to non-technical audiences
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions with LLM APIs
Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies
Strong prompt engineering and LLM quality evaluation skills
Proficiency in Python or Java, including REST APIs and SDKs
Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, CI/CD, and containerized workloads
