UTMB Health seeks a lead-level HR analytics and BI developer to design and support enterprise HR data and analytics solutions, build Power BI reports and semantic models, and manage Azure data pipelines and the HR data warehouse.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, and support enterprise HR data and analytics solutions
Build Power BI reports and semantic models
Support Azure data pipelines and the HR data warehouse
Deliver accurate, secure workforce information to stakeholders
Reconcile data across systems and identify data-quality issues
Support audits, state reporting, regulatory requests, and executive inquiries
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced Power BI development including Power Query, DAX, and semantic models
Strong Azure SQL and relational database skills
Advanced Azure data engineering with Data Factory and Logic Apps
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and enterprise data warehouse concepts
Experience with HR analytics or HRIS in regulated environments
