About the role
Veeco is hiring a Sourcing NPD Program Manager to lead sourcing execution for complex product-development and manufacturing programs. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers from early design through production readiness.
What you’ll do
Lead sourcing execution for complex product-development and manufacturing programs
Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers from early design through production readiness
Translate technical, schedule, and business requirements into sourcing strategies and program plans
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, KPIs, and issue resolution
Support supplier selection, commercial negotiation, cost analysis, qualification, and performance management
Build alignment and influence decisions across internal stakeholders and external suppliers
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline
8+ years in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, program management, operations, or supplier management
Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, product-development lifecycles, NPI, and production readiness
Strong program-management skills including milestone planning, dependency management, risk management, and KPI tracking
Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without direct authority
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, project-management, sourcing, and data-analysis tools
