What you’ll do
Develop and operationalize statistical, machine learning, predictive, and generative AI solutions
Support clinical, operational, and business decision-making with advanced analytics
Analyze healthcare data sources including medical claims, authorizations, pharmacy, provider, and membership
Analyze medical expenses and utilization trends, RAF scores, comorbidities, and quality measures
Explain complex concepts to team members and leadership
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree
Experience with healthcare data sources (medical claims, authorizations, pharmacy, provider, membership)
Experience with statistical modeling and interpreting complex data
Experience analyzing medical expenses and utilization trends, RAF scores, comorbidities, and quality measures
Experience in R, Python, or SAS programming
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting technologies, and Power BI or Tableau
