About the role
MaintainX is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the enterprise data model and product architecture for large, multi-site customers, balancing foundational platform work with quarterly customer-visible value. What you’ll do
Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for the enterprise data model
Drive customer discovery via design-partner sessions
Support enterprise-scale adoption for large multi-site customers
Preserve existing customer workflows during platform evolution
Create new revenue opportunities through platform capabilities
Sequence multi-year foundational work with quarterly customer-visible value
What you’ll need
7+ years in product management, including 5+ years in platform or core-product work
Enterprise SaaS experience with entity models, permissioning, and configuration frameworks
Deep systems thinking: reasoning about cascade/override policies, hierarchy schemas, cardinality, and migration states
Track record sequencing multi-year foundational work while shipping customer-visible value every quarter
CMMS, EAM, or industrial operations background and experience migrating off SAP PM or Maximo-class systems
