About the role
Talkiatry is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its Data Engineering team, responsible for the entire data platform including ingestion, Snowflake, orchestration, and integrations. The role involves driving technical strategy, owning reliability, and collaborating with analytics and product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop a team of engineers on the data processing platform
Drive technical strategy across Snowflake, dbt, Python services, and Airflow
Own the Snowflake environment: access, permissions, and cost management
Own reliability: on-call, incident triage, and post-mortems
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams
Establish engineering practices and technical standards
What you’ll need
6+ years of data engineering experience
2+ years of engineering management experience
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, Python, and SQL
Experience administering a cloud data warehouse
Experience running production services in AWS
Experience owning production data systems with orchestration and incident response
