About the role

What you’ll do

• Support global enterprise time and labor systems and operations
• Act as subject matter expert connecting functional and technical teams
• Support SAP CATS and external time-tracking integrations
• Manage quota accrual, time evaluation, and related payroll integration processes
• Support labor costing and allocation to cost centers, internal orders, and WBS elements
• Support SOX-compliant environments and internal/external audits

What you’ll need

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent and eight years of related experience, or a combination equal to twelve years
• Eight years of related work experience in Payroll, Payroll Accounting, Finance, or IT within the Engineering & Construction industry
• Experience supporting SAP Time Management including work schedules, absence/attendance quotas, time evaluation schemas, and payroll integration
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Project Systems, including cost center accounting, internal orders, WBS elements, and labor allocation
• Experience with Fiori-based Employee Self Service and SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors ECP, and legacy SAP ECC HCM
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located
