About the role
Amperesand is hiring a Senior Staff Product Manager to translate its platform vision into products for grid-interactive medium-voltage converters and data-center power architectures, owning product strategy and delivery while working across technical and commercial teams.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and delivery
Define customer value across technical and commercial teams
Guide execution of hardware-software products
Support go-to-market outcomes
Write detailed product requirements
Prioritize features using data-driven tradeoffs
What you’ll need
8+ years in product/technical leadership in data-center power, DC fast charging, or grid-scale batteries
Deep understanding of MV, AC/DC architectures, grid interconnection, redundancy, and fault protection
Experience with energy storage, EMS, and hybrid systems
BSEE required; MSEE or MBA preferred
Knowledge of IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, UL 1741, IEC 61850, NEC
Ability to build business cases and customer ROI models
