What you’ll need
12-15+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations
Strong expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
Experience at hyperscalers or neo-cloud/AI infrastructure companies
Familiarity with high-density AI workloads including liquid cooling and >30kW racks
Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments and influence without authority
