About the role
AMD seeks a Director to lead end-to-end customer program execution and success for datacenter GPU products, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners from development through deployment and operations. The role requires deep technical credibility in datacenter GPU systems, direct experience with OEMs/ODMs and CSPs, and strong operational discipline.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end customer program execution and customer success for datacenter GPU products
Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer/partner engagements from platform development through deployment and operations
Translate customer requirements into executable programs
Drive disciplined cross-functional execution from design through deployment and into sustained operations
Manage validation, debug, and release activities in post-silicon environments
Define KPIs such as uptime, MTTR, and deployment velocity, and deliver measurable improvements
What you’ll need
Strong technical credibility in datacenter GPU systems and large-scale deployments
Proven leadership in program and customer management in a globally distributed, matrixed organization
Experience working directly with OEMs/ODMs, CSPs, and AI end customers
Deep understanding of datacenter infrastructure, server architectures, Linux, containerization, virtualization, and GPU software stacks
Experience driving proof-of-concept to production ramps at scale
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
