About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead AI-driven innovation and develop a data-as-a-service offering
• Scale AI automation with enterprise controls
• Build and monetize data products
• Ensure privacy, security, and compliance
• Own pricing and packaging of AI features
• Lead product leaders across a multi-BU or federated organization

What you’ll need

• 12+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading product leaders in B2B SaaS or vertical software
• Proven revenue impact taking data, AI, or ML products to market, not just pilots
• AI-native builder using AI coding and agent tools daily; experience shipping AI-first products with agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop design
• Evaluation-driven product practice: eval sets, quality thresholds, and monitoring AI in production
• Hands-on pricing and packaging of AI features, including usage-based models and inference cost trade-offs
• Working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluation, data foundations, responsible AI, and regulatory frameworks; able to lead through influence in a federated organization and present to executives
