About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end AI-driven smart manufacturing solutions
• Coordinate across functions to improve semiconductor product development, manufacturing, and business processes
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable specifications
• Manage Agile product development processes including user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management
• Define measurable success metrics and track outcomes through production deployment
• Create wireframes, prototypes, or UI mockups to evaluate and communicate business solutions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience in assembly, test, product engineering, or quality/reliability supporting DRAM, NAND, or HBM
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Experience managing Agile product development with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product, probe, assembly, and test manufacturing flows for DRAM, NAND, and HBM
• Experience with AI, ML, Data Science, Smart Manufacturing, or advanced analytics initiatives
