About the role

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs
• Serve as hands-on Scrum Master for technical teams
• Align stakeholders, plans, capacity, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies
• Manage backlog readiness, story decomposition, estimation, capacity planning, sprint goals, impediment management, retrospectives, team coaching, and continuous improvement
• Lead large, multi-workstream programs encompassing scope, roadmaps, schedules, governance, risks, dependencies, decisions, testing, change readiness, and release delivery

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of technical project or program management experience leading complex software, platform, integration, or infrastructure initiatives
• Extensive experience as a hands-on Scrum Master for technical teams operating in recurring sprints
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum including backlog readiness, story decomposition, estimation, capacity planning, sprint goals, impediment management, retrospectives, team coaching, and continuous improvement
• Advanced planning tool (i.e. Jira) experience including board and workflow design, sprint administration, queries, dashboards, roadmaps, and program-level reporting
• Executive-level stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience within People Technology or HR Technology, including Workday or comparable enterprise platforms
