About the role

What you’ll do
Perform systems engineering across the full software development lifecycle
Conduct requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, verification, and validation
Model requirements digitally with systems engineering tools such as DOORS and Cameo Systems Modeler
Manage technical baselines, configuration control, and change management processes
Coordinate with government stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
Support cybersecurity requirements and compliance with DoD security standards
What you’ll need
3-5 years of systems engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cyber, CIS, CS, Math, Physics, or another STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience with systems engineering methodologies, including MBSE, Agile, and DevSecOps
Understanding of software architecture patterns, interface design, and system integration for defense applications
Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements including CSRMC (formerly RMF), NIST 800-53, and DoD STIGs
Active Secret clearance and ability to maintain a DoD Secret clearance
