About the role
Genesis10 is hiring a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid, contract role supporting a major financial services firm in Minneapolis. This position will partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies for specialized and leadership-level technology, service, and operations positions.
What you’ll do
Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies and recruit specialized and leadership-level talent
Provide coaching and consultation to business and HR leaders throughout the selection process
Translate business and workforce strategies into proactive recruiting and talent pipeline solutions
Use data, labor market intelligence, and external talent insights to influence senior-level hiring decisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
Experience recruiting for technology, operations, service, digital, data, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related corporate functions
Demonstrated consultative and proactive leadership style and executive-level communication skills
Strong technology skills including Microsoft 365, Workday, recruiting databases, sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting
Prior financial services industry experience
