What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Content Design, UX Design, Communications, Journalism, English, HCI, or related field
Several years of relevant professional experience in content design or UX writing
Demonstrated ownership of content design initiatives across the product lifecycle
Strong proficiency in content strategy, information architecture, and user-centered design
Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and technology teams
Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools or workflows in content design
