What you’ll do
Own strategy and ongoing management of the guaranteed income annuity product suite
Lead cross-functional product initiatives in a matrixed environment
Manage and develop product team talent
Drive product competitiveness and growth in the income annuity market
Ensure product design, pricing concepts, and regulatory alignment
Synthesize complex topics and influence senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
10+ years in annuity product management, product development, or related financial services roles
Proven track record leading product strategy for complex financial products
Deep expertise in income annuity products including SPIA, DIA, and related pricing and regulation
Experience managing and developing teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
Bachelor's degree required; FSA or CFA designation strongly preferred
