About the role
Crusoe is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to empower engineers by improving developer experience across the entire software development lifecycle, with deep expertise in infrastructure, Kubernetes, and modern tooling.
What you’ll do
Improve developer experience across the entire software development lifecycle
Develop and maintain developer tools and infrastructure
Integrate automated testing into seamless CI/CD pipelines
Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration
Advocate for developer-centric solutions and best practices
What you’ll need
Experience leading development of developer tools and infrastructure
Expert ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and infrastructure impact
Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or similar
Deep understanding of automated testing and CI/CD integration
Expertise in Go and advanced Git workflows
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
