About the role

What you’ll do
Translate business requirements into user flows and interfaces
Uphold brand and design standards
Partner with cross-functional teams from research and prototyping through development and testing
Apply and review brand guidelines and design systems
Advocate for customer needs and lead design from empathy to iteration
Collaborate with engineers using modern front-end frameworks
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated history designing user-centered digital experiences for large organizations
Experience with research and testing (desk research, usability testing, A/B testing)
Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and developer hand-off
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks
