About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop new business and grow deposits and loans across private equity, venture capital, and emerging manager communities
• Structure, underwrite, negotiate, and close fund finance loans
• Manage client relationships with high-value fund banking clients
• Support the bank's market position in fund banking

What you’ll need

• 5 to 10 years of strong Fund Finance experience including origination, negotiation, underwriting, and closing
• Extensive relationship management experience with high-value clients
• Knowledge of financial statement and tax return analysis plus deep knowledge of fund documentation
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools for due diligence, document review, analysis, and drafting while checking output accuracy
• Responsible use of AI in a regulated environment, protecting customer data and managing privacy and model risk
• Strong understanding of treasury management services, lending procedures, policies, and banking compliance regulations, preferably with OCC experience; bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
