About the role

What you’ll do
Manage, coach, and mentor the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team
Oversee enterprise and operational risk frameworks across the US and Canada
Support control mapping, monitoring, risk appetite, and KRI implementation
Drive issue remediation and operational risk event analysis
Support safe product launches through new product risk assessments
Prepare executive-style risk narratives for risk committees and board reporting
What you’ll need
Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a team
Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech
Experience in enterprise and operational risk management, risk and control self-assessments, and risk reporting
Experience designing and implementing control monitoring, risk appetite statements, and KRIs
Comfort with AI, data analysis, and data-driven problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-style reporting
