About the role
Lingraphica is seeking a Senior Product Designer to partner with Product and Engineering in creating accessible communication products. The role focuses on user research, iterative evaluation, and delivering thoughtful experiences across their connected product ecosystem.
What you’ll do
Partner with Product and Engineering to discover, define, and deliver accessible experiences
Plan and facilitate user research and collaborative discovery sessions
Translate research and feedback into actionable product direction
Influence product direction and work through ambiguity
Communicate design rationale and make thoughtful tradeoffs
Take ownership of design from discovery through delivery and iteration
What you’ll need
5+ years of product design experience with complex digital products
Portfolio demonstrating strong problem framing and strategic thinking
Experience with user research, interaction design, and visual design
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Strong knowledge of accessibility principles and WCAG 2.1 or later
Bachelor's degree in HCI, interaction design, or related field
