About the role

What you’ll do

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks from the organization's use of AI technologies
• Support AI governance and risk oversight processes
• Conduct AI use-case reviews
• Perform testing and monitoring of AI systems
• Develop AI governance policies and controls
• Provide executive reporting and support incident remediation

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in risk management, information security, data governance, technology risk, AI governance, or model risk
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, and AI deployment practices
• 10+ years supporting risk assessments, governance reviews, control testing, monitoring, assurance, audit readiness, or executive reporting
• 10+ years supporting AI governance, model risk, data governance, cybersecurity, third-party risk, or technology risk programs
• Knowledge of emerging AI risks including RAG, agentic AI, explainability, reliability, bias, data leakage, prompt injection, vendor AI risk, and AI monitoring
