What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure and platform programs
Align cross-functional teams and manage risks, dependencies, and governance structures
Enable technology resilience, platform modernization, and engineering velocity
Provide executive communication and structured stakeholder management
Apply enterprise AI capabilities to program management workflows with validation
Drive metrics-informed decisions using availability, MTTR, change failure rate, deployment frequency, and platform adoption
What you’ll need
Formal training or certification in technical program management and 5+ years applied experience
Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end
Technical fluency in distributed systems, including availability, resiliency, scaling, latency, and inter-service dependencies
Experience delivering infrastructure or platform programs in cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, identity, observability, or SRE domains
Working knowledge of change management, risk frameworks, and controls in regulated environments
Proficiency with Agile delivery, Jira/Confluence configuration, and metrics-driven delivery
