About the role
Zipline, a leading drone delivery service, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support its real estate and leasing legal function, managing commercial real estate leasing transactions and documentation for the Commercial Legal team.
What you’ll do
Support the real estate and leasing legal function
Manage commercial real estate leasing transactions
Oversee transaction documents through execution and post-execution administration
Maintain accurate transaction records and deadlines using lease-administration, contract-lifecycle, and document-management systems
Handle routine matters independently within established guidance
Escalate non-standard terms, risks, and exceptions to counsel
What you’ll need
At least 7 years of relevant paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
Experience using lease-administration, contract-lifecycle, document-management, or comparable systems
Sound judgment to handle routine matters independently
Strong written communication, document organization, and project-management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, pragmatic approach to identifying risks, resolving issues, and managing competing priorities
