About the role

What you’ll do
Own backend systems and features across payments, rewards, account services, and partner integrations
Help shape the platform's technical direction, reliability, and scale

Build and maintain distributed, high-availability production systems
Work within a Django and TypeScript/React stack
What you’ll need
5+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production
Deep experience in at least one backend language, with Python preferred
Strong skills designing APIs, data models, and services on PostgreSQL and AWS
Track record of owning significant systems end-to-end
Experience in distributed, high-availability production environments
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
