About the role
Rotary International is seeking a UX Designer II to lead visual and interaction design across its digital products, owning end-to-end design, design systems, and research validation. The role collaborates with product and engineering teams to deliver accessible, polished experiences.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end design from research through final visuals
Advance and scale reusable visual design systems
Validate design solutions through research and usability/A/B testing
Partner with product, engineering, research, and brand teams
Mentor other designers on visual craft and critique
Present design rationale persuasively to stakeholders
What you’ll need
6–8+ years of visual or product design experience for consumer or SaaS applications
Portfolio showing end-to-end design process and mastery of visual craft
Degree in communication, graphic, visual, or interaction design (or equivalent experience)
Deep expertise in color theory, typography, layout/grid systems, iconography, and motion design
Advanced fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
Experience with design systems, accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA+), localization, and HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript
