Facilitate stakeholder requirements sessions
Communicate requirements to technical teams
Interpret regulatory and policy changes
What you’ll need
Medicaid and claims administration expertise
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EDI X12 transactions
Requirements documentation and business process modeling proficiency
Experience with IBM ELM and ServiceNow
Hands-on CA-MMIS experience including OIL analysis and mainframe tables/files
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
