About the role
NEOGOV is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and adoption of its analytics and reporting capabilities for public-sector HR software. The role involves aligning cross-functional teams to deliver dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workforce insights.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, adoption, and evolution of analytics and reporting capabilities
Align Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to deliver dashboards and advanced analytics
Deliver AI-driven workforce insights for public-sector decision-makers
Turn user research into user stories and acceptance criteria with samples and prototypes
Collaborate with scrum team to deliver valuable, documented features
What you’ll need
5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS with focus on data analytics, BI, or data infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Looker (LookML), Snowflake, and cloud data lakes (AWS/S3, Azure Blob, or GCP)
Proven experience shipping AI/ML features into enterprise software such as natural language querying, automated insights, or predictive modeling
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, UX Design, Engineering, and QA without direct authority
Ability to interview and turn information into user stories and acceptance criteria
Ability to collaborate with a scrum team
