1+ years of continuous customer service experience
Currently reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, MS, MO, TN, or VA
Personal desktop or laptop manufactured in 2021 or later with Windows 11
Secure high-speed wired internet connection
Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
Type at least 30 WPM accurately
